Roofing Office Manager and Assistant

Responsibilities: (not limited to)

• Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary
• Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service
• Schedule lead appointments for our sales team
• Create proposals for approved projects
• Address all repair work orders coming in from Property Management
• Build New Relationship with Work sources
• Pull Permits and Schedule Inspections
• Interact with Crew Foreman and schedule
• Occasionally post permits

Requirements:

• Ability to work Monday- Friday (8 am - 4 pm) No weekends
• Possess strong organizational skills and must be detail oriented
• Must be customer service focused
• Excellent personality
• Team player
• Excellent people skills with clients and employees
• Bilingual - Spanish speaking a plus but not mandatory
