Duties
- Manage daily office operations, ensuring a productive and efficient work environment.
- Supervise administrative staff and Technicians and provide guidance on tasks and responsibilities.
- Oversee schedule management, dispatch technicians and follow up
- Maintain accurate records using QuickBooks for financial transactions and payroll processing.
- Handle phone systems effectively, ensuring clear communication within the office and with external contacts.
- Assist with team management by fostering a collaborative atmosphere and supporting staff development.
- Implement office policies and procedures to enhance productivity and organization.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to facilitate smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative or office management role.
- Strong knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience in supervising staff and managing a team is a plus.
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
