DIAGNOSTICIAN
JOB DESCRIPTION
Collaborates with Intake Department staff to complete Diagnostic Assessments, DLA-20s, and Treatment Plans for enrolled consumers.
- Participate in the Intake daily workflow by completing Diagnostic Assessments, DLA-20s and Treatment Plans.
- Ensures that all clinical documentation is submitted in a timely and clinically appropriate manner, and within 48 hours adhering to all regulatory standards.
- Adhere to DBH regulations, Joint Commission standards and One Care DC policies and procedures.
- Participate in quality improvement activities including consumer satisfaction reports and clinical outcomes.
- Facilitate therapeutic peer interaction and support as needed to complete assessments.
- Complete MUIs/UIs when required.
- Attend all mandatory meetings and training.
- Performs all other related duties as assigned
- Be reliable and consistent with attendance and punctuality to work.

Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
