Behavioral health agency located in Washington DC has an exciting opportunity for a Diagnostician to join our team. The Diagnostician will be responsible for providing Diagnostic Assessments, DLA-20s, and Plans of Care to enrolled consumers. The individual who holds this position must have a positive and supportive attitude toward the agency and its overall success. Must have the ability to think globally, promptly solve problems and have good decision-making skills, including critical thinking skills.
- Participate in the Intake daily workflow to complete Diagnostic Assessments, DLA-20s and Treatment Plans.
- Ensures that all clinical documentation is timely, clinically appropriate, and within 48 hours adhering to all regulatory standards.
- Adhere to DBH regulations, Joint Commission standards and One Care DC policies and procedures.
- Participate in quality improvement activities including consumer satisfaction reports and clinical outcomes.
- Facilitate therapeutic peer interaction and support as needed to complete assessments.
- Complete MUIs/UIs when required.
- Attend all mandatory meetings and training.
- Performs all other related duties as assigned.
- Be reliable and consistent with attendance and punctuality to work.
License Required
- LICSW, LPC, LGSW in the District of Columbia.
