Job Summary
One Child Center for Autism is seeking a highly organized and proactive Financial Coordinator/Office Manager to oversee daily financial and building operations ensuring the smooth functioning of our office environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in financial operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and supporting the operational needs of the organization. This position requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in Quickbooks and other office software, and the ability to work collaboratively.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily financial operations including accounts payable and receivable. To include data entry into QuickBooks, verifies accuracy, posts transactions to appropriate accounts, process data through to final output (vendor payments, billing invoices, and customer statements)
- In coordination with accounting firm, distribute monthly financial reports, prepares standard reports and responds to information requests from others
- Payroll- reviews records for billing authorization, tracks and reconciles all payroll deductions
- Tracks and collects overdue payments
- Solicits and maintains vendor contracts
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
- Assists with HR documentation
- Oversees building maintenance and operations
- Support Program inquiries and registration
- Assists in event planning and execution
- Assist with clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and correspondence as required.
- Provide administrative support to Executive Director
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a finance-related role is an advantage.
- Proficiency in financial software is required; experience with Quickbooks Online is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
