Kid’s Associate- One Church Lakes Region 

About position 

The Kids Associate will report directly to the Outpost Pastor and work cooperatively with Outpost Coordinators. This position will lead the Kids Ministry at their Outpost.  Did you ever think God could use your talent at a church? We might not see how that’s possible, but God doesn’t work within our parameters. He creates opportunities we never could have imagined, but it’s up to us to embrace His plan. Your God-given skills and passion to serve Him could intersect right here, right now. When you bring your skills to One Church there’s no telling where God could take your future. 

You Are: 

Passionate about connecting kids or Students to God, people, and the mission. 

Showing evidence of an active growing relationship with God Praying for One daily. 

Striving toward our mission of more people in the kingdom of heaven in the shortest time. 

Willing to do whatever it takes to make our team successful. 

Energized by working with children. 

You Will Be: 

Part-time 

Leading the children’s ministry at a specific outpost. 

Recruiting, training and developing volunteers. 

Participating in projects assigned by the Outpost Pastor. 

Attending staff meetings. 

Participating in other team meetings. 

Scheduling and communicating with volunteers weekly. 

Participating in ministry-specific events. 

Developing and editing curriculum as assigned. 

Completing a variety of weekly administrative tasks. 

You Have: 

Ability to work from a laptop and use basic computer programs. 

Ability to lead, guide and correct volunteers.
