DAY TO DAY AS A OPERATIONS SPECIALIST
As an Operations Specialist at One Community Bank, you will play a vital role in supporting both clients and colleagues within the Operations Department. Your daily responsibilities will encompass a range of activities focused on deposit account transaction processing, including handling cash letters, ACH transactions, digital payments, and wire transfers. You'll collaborate closely with the data center and other team members to ensure the accuracy of transaction activity and maintain the integrity of client accounts in compliance with banking regulations.
Cross-training will empower you to support various tasks, enabling a cohesive team approach. With responsibilities extending to regulatory processing, such as managing dormant accounts and participating in IRS reporting, you'll help safeguard client interests while ensuring operational excellence.
