What does a Senior Enterprise Reporting Analyst do?

As a Senior Enterprise Reporting Analyst at One Community Bank, you will play a pivotal role in shaping data-driven strategies that enhance our operational effectiveness. You'll develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports that empower decision-making across diverse business lines. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, you will identify key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with the Bank's strategic objectives, delivering impactful ad hoc data reports to key decision-makers.

Your expertise in analyzing complex data sets will provide actionable insights to management and assist in preparing critical reporting packages for the Bank's Board of Directors, focusing on loan concentrations and portfolio analyses. Supporting the forward engineering of our Enterprise Data Platform, you will ensure data integrity and governance as a subject matter expert.
