We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our dedicated team at our Hood River, Oregon, clinic. In this role, you will provide same-day access to care for patients, ensuring they receive prompt and compassionate support. As a community health center, our patients benefit from an array of integrated programs, including diabetes education, behavioral health, affordable pharmacy services, perinatal care, insurance navigators, wound care, and case management. We pride ourselves on delivering personalized service in a collaborative, respectful environment.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited allopathic or osteopathic medical school, with current board certification in specialty field
- Current Oregon NP or PA license and DEA licensure in good standing
- At least three years of professional clinical experience in family practice or a related field
- Experience working with diverse patient populations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Familiarity with Epic EMR software
- Oregon NP or PA license with telehealth visit capabilities

Compensation:

Salaried/Exempt: $130,000.00 annually base salary access bonus weekend differential

Bilingual Differential: Additionally, we offer $0.75 per hour as compensation for bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish.
