One Community Health is a leading healthcare organization committed to providing high-quality patient care through Primary Care, Dental, and Behavioral Health services. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Clinical Recruiter to help us attract top talent in the healthcare industry
The Clinical Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified clinical professionals for various positions within our organization. This role requires a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. This is a hybrid-remote position with a commitment to in-office at all clinic locations across the Columbia River Gorge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top clinical talent.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Conduct initial phone screens and in-depth interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
- Manage the candidate pipeline and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on job descriptions and candidate profiles.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in clinical recruitment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical recruitment (physician/provider preferred) or 4 years in general healthcare staffing.
- Strong knowledge of clinical roles and healthcare industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools/software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Willingness to travel for events and between clinic locations, as needed

Compensation:
- Salaried/Exempt: Starting at $80,000 annually, depending on experience
- Bilingual Differential: Additionally, we offer $0.75 per hour as compensation for bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish.
- Milage Reimbursement: In accordance with OCH policy.
