Qualifications:
- Bachelors or masters degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development or related field
- HRCI or SHRM certification
- 5 years of experience in Human Resources role
- Experience building, maintaining, and presenting HR data analytics
- High emotional and social intelligence with experience fostering positive, strong relationships with diverse groups of people
- Comfortable navigating both the strategic questions and the tactical issues critical to growing a company.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills that demonstrate a high level of professionalism
- Highly organized and detail-oriented; you can handle multiple projects and dynamic priorities without missing a beat
- Passionate about people and how they function together to create a valuable organization
- A passion for developing and driving an employee-forward culture
- Dedication to transparency & direct communication
- Outstanding interpersonal, coaching and listening skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of the company

Preferred Qualifications:
- Spanish/English bilingual
- Operational experience outside the people/human resources function

Compensation:
- Salaried/Exempt: Starting at $89,000 annually, dependent on experience
- Bilingual Differential: Additionally, we offer $0.75 per hour as compensation for bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish.
- Milage Reimbursement: In accordance with OCH policy.
