One Community Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Manager (RN) to supervise and lead nursing professionals in our primary care clinic. The Nurse Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care by supervising nursing staff, assisting in coordination of clinical operations, participation in quality improvement, and fostering a collaborative work environment. This position requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of primary care nursing, and the ability to effectively manage both clinical and administrative responsibilities. This position is full-time and required on site.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid Oregon and Washington nursing license.
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role, formal is preferred but may consider informal.
- Previous experience in a primary care or outpatient setting is highly preferred.
- Strong clinical knowledge of primary care nursing practices, procedures, and patient management.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and other healthcare management software.
- Willingness to travel for events and between clinic locations, as needed
- Occasional evenings or weekends may be required based on clinic needs.

Compensation:
- Salaried/Exempt: Starting at $100,000 annually
- Bilingual Differential: Additionally, we offer $0.75 per hour as compensation for bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish.
- Milage Reimbursement: In accordance with OCH policy.
