Candidate can be a license NP, PA, MD or DO. This position is located at our clinic in The Dalles, Oregon.

- Full-time position, 4 days/ week- 32 patient contact hours
- Provide comprehensive family medicine services to your own panel of patients.
- Work in a collaborative environment, alongside experienced clinicians.
- Open to new graduates
- Graduation from an accredited allopathic or osteopathic medical school and current Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or equivalent.
- Current Oregon Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license and DEA licensure in good standing. Will include Washington License, when applicable.
- 3 years' experience in Primary Care
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Experience with Epic EMR

- Salaried/Exempt: $130,000-$200,000 annually, depending on experience/license
- Bilingual Differential: Additionally, we offer $0.75 per hour as compensation for bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish.
