One Credit Union is currently seeking an experienced Full-Time Business Development Officer to join our Springfield, VT Team.
*Position can be based out of any One Credit Union Retail locations.
The IDEAL CANDIDATE will have :
- 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of financial products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Understanding of regulatory environment
- Strong TEAM player
- Analytical and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated time management and prioritization skills
The Full-Time Business Development Officer reports to the SVP of Retail Operations
Requirements:
- Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or relevant experience.
