About the Role
One Day Doors & Closets is looking for a Dealer Support Coordinator to provide exceptional support to our growing network of dealers. This role requires a strong background in multi-unit organizations, either in customer support, agency, or similar structure to possess an understanding of operational processes, marketing support, and customer service.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working cross-functionally to ensure our dealers have the tools, resources, and support needed to succeed. A background in business and marketing is a plus, as this role will involve assisting dealers with brand-aligned promotional efforts and sales enablement strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for dealer inquiries, support requests, and program updates.
- Assist dealers in navigating systems, processes, and best practices to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless communication and support for dealers.
- Provide basic marketing guidance to dealers, including campaign execution, branding compliance, and promotional strategies.
- Manage and distribute dealer resources, including training materials, product updates, and marketing assets.
- Track dealer performance and provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Coordinate dealer onboarding and training programs to ensure a smooth transition into the network.
- Maintain strong relationships with dealers, proactively identifying areas for improvement and offering solutions.
Qualifications & Experience
- 3 years preferably of experience in agency, customer support, dealer/franchise support, multi-unit operations, or a similar role.
- Background in marketing, sales support, or customer service within a multi-unit/customer organization is preferred.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, project management platforms, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Experience in the home improvement industry is a plus.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple teams.

$45k to $60k per year - BOE
