About the Role:
One Day Doors & Closets, the largest company of its kind in North America, is seeking a results-driven Direct Response Marketing Manager to help drive growth across our 70 locations nationwide. This role requires a dynamic leader with expertise in media buying, negotiation, guerilla marketing, traditional media, digital marketing, and social media marketing. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in developing performance-based campaigns, working closely with our sales teams and franchisees to ensure success at every level.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Marketing: Develop and execute omnichannel direct response marketing campaigns tailored to drive leads and sales across 70 One Day Doors & Closets locations.
- Creative Development: Create high-converting marketing assets, including landing pages, ads, emails, videos, and social content, with a focus on delivering measurable results.
- Media Buying & Negotiation: Plan, negotiate, and manage media buys across digital, traditional, and guerilla marketing channels to maximize ROI.
- Collaboration with Sales: Work closely with sales teams to ensure marketing strategies align with sales goals, helping locations convert leads into appointments and drive revenue growth.
- Dealer & Franchisee Support: Partner with franchise owners and dealers to develop scalable marketing programs, providing tools, strategies, and training to enhance local success.
- Optimization & Analytics: Continuously analyze campaign performance, leveraging data to refine targeting, messaging, and creative for maximum efficiency.
- Testing & Iteration: Implement A/B testing to improve conversion rates and refine customer journeys, ensuring that campaigns are consistently optimized for success.
- Industry Trends: Stay ahead of the curve by identifying emerging marketing trends, best practices, and new opportunities to enhance One Day Doors & Closets’ national presence.
- Performance Reporting: Track, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for corporate and local marketing efforts, providing actionable insights to leadership and franchisees.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 5 years of hands-on experience in direct response marketing, media buying, and campaign management across digital and traditional platforms.
- Proven track record in driving measurable growth through performance-driven marketing strategies.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic DSPs, email marketing, and social media marketing.
- Strong knowledge of data analytics tools, including Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and marketing automation tools.
- Experience in the home improvement or DTC industry and familiarity with working alongside dealers or franchisees is highly preferred.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns across 70 locations.
- Proven ability to develop creative, engaging, and high-converting marketing assets.
- A data-driven mindset with a focus on performance metrics and ROI-driven decision-making.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with franchisees, sales teams, and corporate leadership.
