Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize plant layout & process flow
- Utilize data-driven analysis (e.g., Amper system) to monitor machine utilization and identify inefficiencies
- Provide high-level technical expertise on machine operations, troubleshooting, and optimization
- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and implement process standardization
- Support lean manufacturing initiatives to reduce waste and improve production efficiency
