The Commercial Loan Administrator III will perform a variety of duties in support of Commercial Banking Group associated with the origination of loans through post-closing and ongoing servicing of existing loans. Provide prompt and professional service to internal and external customers.

The Commercial Loan Administrator III will perform a variety of duties in support of Commercial Banking Group associated with the origination of loans through post-closing and ongoing servicing of existing loans. Provide prompt and professional service to internal and external customers.
Essential Duties
- Prepare loan package for closing: due diligence, CIP/BSA, flood, insurance, etc.
- Coordinate loan document preparation and closings with client, lender, paralender, attorney, and title agents.
- Manage all daily loan needs for clients: draws, pay downs, checks, wires and questions.
- Manage all loan maintenance issues.
- Other duties as assigned.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review loan documents prepared In-house or by legal counsel.
- Coordinate and attend closings as necessary.
- Fund initial disbursements via checks, deposits, wires, appropriate general ledger entries.
- Prepare closed loan documents for booking and imaging & send copies to clients
- Address dally loan needs for clients: draws, pay downs, checks, wires and questions.
- Assist lenders with past dues, maturing loans, clearing financial exceptions, post-closing issues and correspondence.
- Annually, or as often as needed, obtain updated Insurance to support outstanding loans.
- Complete and retain all compliance-related documents especially as related to flood, RESPA, HMDA, Regulation B and Regulation Z.
- Prepare various reports as requested for distribution.
- Maintain privacy and security of customer information.

Education/Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum four years in the lending function or comparable documentation experience.
- Knowledge of BSA/AML/CIP and OFAC policies, procedures and regulations.
- Working regulatory knowledge should include privacy, safeguarding customer information, Regulation B - Equal Credit Opportunity Act, Regulation Z - Truth in Lending, CRA, HMDA and flood regulations.
- Good client service and communication skills
- Ability to effectively respond to questions managers, clients, and the general public
- Effective interpersonal relationships with management and team members
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in a high-pressure environment
- Ability to operate in a team environment to accomplish shared goals
- Strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task and manage time
- Ability to work with basic mathematical concepts
- Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations
