Role Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced IT Field Services Supervisor to lead our dynamic Kansas team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of supervisory experience and possess strong technical knowledge in IT. The successful candidate will oversee and mentor a team of six IT Field Services Technicians, ensuring high performance and professional development. What You Will Do
Supervises and directs employees in the planning and delivery of one or more technologies which are integral to the delivery of IT services.
Oversee and/or direct employees performing IT related activities.
Oversee team defining tactical activities and processes to address issues with infrastructure. Provide input into long-term strategies as defined by IT
Collaborate with other leadership to ensure the technologies are deployed and available to meet requirements for projects or overall strategic direction.
Provide detailed status of support activities or problem management to impacted parties.
Ensure technical resources are knowledgeable about expected service levels for services relying on technology supported by their areas.
Assist with definition and implementation of service level metrics.
Assist with defining or updating of new IT policies and procedures.
Provide detailed information about resources or technology maintenance contracts in support of financial forecasting.
Regular and reliable attendance is required in performance of job.
Employee may be required to perform additional duties as assigned.

What You Will Need
Preferred Minimum Bachelor's Degree MIS, computer science, mathematics, other related field.
Ability to direct the activities of a department, including planning, budgeting, personnel development and other administrative functions.
Ability to identify, prioritize and negotiate application support and project requirements with process owners and key business segment leadership.
Experience managing small to medium hardware or software implementation projects.
Ability to manage integrated solutions that support multiple business functions including understanding of business processes inside the functions and related technology that supports those processes.
Demonstrated ability guiding the business towards strategic IT solutions, ensuring business leadership has a clear understanding of the cost/benefit of the solution.
Experience managing all aspects of the system development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, RFP development, software evaluations, project methodologies, testing and deployment.
Experience with the application of math, algebra, and statistical methods.
Experience in use and function of office equipment including computers and applicable software.
Experience Relative To The Following Areas
Experience interacting, advising and communicating effectively with subordinates, peers and all levels of management.
Experience developing information, conducting meetings and making presentations.
Ability to read and write fluently in English.
Able to use office tools and equipment required.
