If you are interested in joining our culture, we’re looking for a full-time Assistant Practice Manager in our clinic located at 1941 Bishop Lane in Louisville! Must have previous experience working as a supervisor in a clinic, knowledge of care coordination, and developing practice goals.

Snapshot of Daily Duties:
• Assist in supervising and directing all physician practice employees
• Assist in the recruiting, selecting, and training of all non-physician staff
• Review, approve and submit timesheets biweekly for direct reports
• Actively work to resolve administrative and operational practice workflow issues
• Assist in managing the building, ensuring all buildings are adequately maintained.
• Assist in creating and maintaining care coordination processes.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining quality initiatives.
• Assist in developing and executing short and long-term practice goals and objectives.
The Must Haves:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
• Clinical experience required.
• Five (5) years supervisory experience required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
