If you are interested in joining our culture, we’re looking for a full-time Medical Records Specialist hybrid position once trained.  Must have previous experience working in a medical records  and knowledge of medical terminology is a BONUS.

Snapshot of Daily Duties 

• Update patients' electronic health records (EHR).
• Respond to ROI (release of information) requests for medical records.
• Validate requests and authorizations for the release of medical information.
• Ensure that clinical documentation of the services provided to our patients is correct.
• Prepare charts for patient visits.
• Follow company policy regarding the releasing of and obtaining medical records.
• Run patient recall reports and provide physicians with a list of recalls.

The Must Haves 

• High School Diploma or equivalent required. 
• Medical records experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology a plus.
