Creative hospitality market concept is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead operations at our Chicago location. This role requires a strategic, hands-on leader who excels in hospitality, team management, and financial oversight while delivering an exceptional guest experience. This individual will be heavily involved in programming, event creation and have the opportunity to work closely with the media team to develop a curated and fun experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities :
- Operational Leadership : Implement and maintain high operational standards across all areas, including food and beverage service, vendor relations, facility management, and compliance.
- Financial Performance : Drive sales, manage budgets, oversee P&L, and ensure financial targets are met.
- Team Development : Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
- Vendor & Partner Relations : Build and maintain strong partnerships with vendors, contractors, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
