Key Responsibilities:
Guest Experience & Service Ensure top-tier hospitality by overseeing daily front-of-house operations, training staff, and maintaining high service standards.
Operations & Technology Assist with scheduling, POS system management, inventory tracking, and compliance with health and safety standards.
Team Development Support hiring, training, and coaching of staff to foster a positive, service-oriented team culture.
Financial Awareness Help track sales, costs, and performance metrics to improve efficiency and profitability.
Marketing & Social Media Work with ownership on digital marketing efforts, social media content, and guest engagement strategies to drive business growth.
Vendor & Inventory Management Assist in ordering and inventory tracking, ensuring the highest quality ingredients and products.
Qualifications:
Prior restaurant or hospitality experience in a supervisory or leadership-support role.
Tech-savvy with knowledge of POS systems, scheduling software, and social media marketing.
