Luxury boutique resort in Upstate NY is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Sales to join the leadership team of a luxury boutique resort in the Catskills. The Director of Sales will be responsible for meeting and exceeding budgeted revenue goals for 2025 and beyond, with a focus on growing both corporate executive retreats and wedding business. This role requires a strategic leader who excels at driving group sales, fostering relationships, and thriving in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.



The Director of Sales will manage a team of three, including a corporate sales manager and a sales coordinator, reporting directly to the General Manager and CEO. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter who thrives in a “roll up the sleeves, get it done” culture and is driven by performance-based compensation linked to achieving sales goals

y:This is full-service boutique resort is located on 20 scenic acres in the Catskills, featuring 110 beautifully designed rooms by a renowned design firm. The property offers a wide range of amenities, including a large heated pool, recreation room, pickleball courts, wood-fired saunas, electric bikes, and a dog run. It also features 4,000 square feet of event space, plus an additional 1,500 square feet of breakout rooms. Following an extensive renovation and a highly successful reopening in October 2021, the resort has earned accolades, including being named the #1 Hotel in New York State by Travel and Leisure in 2023. Recently, it was accepted into Small Luxury Hotels in August 2024 and partnered with Hilton Hotels for booking as of September 202
