A premier fine dining restaurant group with multiple Michelin Star concepts is opening a new restaurant in Los Angeles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain high service standards and Michelin star quality.
- Create standardized procedures and train managers to ensure excellence.
- Conduct regular audits and quality control checks to improve service standards.
- Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, project management, and cash handling.
- Foster a hospitality environment, ensuring guests have a memorable experience.
- Investigate and resolve food quality and service complaints.
- Be present on the floor, assisting FOH team members and wine service.
- Coordinate events, banquets, and special functions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Develop employees through coaching, goal-setting, and development plans.
- Maintain staffing levels and follow opening and closing procedures.
Requirements:
- 5 years of food and beverage management in luxury/fine dining settings.
- Experience with Michelin standards and new restaurant openings.
