Job Duties & Responsibilities :
Operational Management
Ensure company policies and brand standards are consistently upheld across all aspects of operations.
Maintain operational efficiency by optimizing labor costs and staffing schedules.
Manage daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory control, and financial reporting.
Handle comps, voids, and VIP treatment with a strong focus on guest satisfaction and attention to detail.
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Team Leadership & Development
Lead by example, providing clear direction, leadership, and support to all team members to ensure smooth operations.
Train, develop, and mentor new team members, fostering a positive and professional workplace culture.
Create a service-focused environment where staff feel empowered to deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining a fun, engaging atmosphere for employees and customers alike.
Conduct regular performance evaluations for hourly team members, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
Collaborate with HR on hiring, onboarding, and scheduling processes to maintain staffing par levels.
Guest Experience
Deliver technically proficient service and act as an advocate for all guests throughout their dining experience.
Ensure thorough knowledge of menu items, accurately describing food and beverage offerings to guests.
Take initiative to address guest needs promptly, paying close attention to details to enhance the overall dining experience.
Cultivate strong relationships with VIP guests, ensuring personalized service and memorable experiences.
Financial & Administrative Duties
Oversee cash handling, credit card transactions, and financial accuracy during daily operations.
Manage labor costs and P&L oversight, identifying opportunities to improve profitability.
Review and approve staff schedules while ensuring proper shift coverage to meet operational needs.
Optimize sales by developing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue.
Requirements :
Five years of prior experience in the food service industry, with at least two years in a supervisory role.
Proven ability to take initiative and operate as a self-starter in a fast-paced environment.
Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to assess and improve operations proactively.
Ability to handle money accurately, process credit card transactions, and maintain strong menu knowledge.
Strong communication skills and the ability to foster a positive team environment.
Comfort and competence in high-paced, high-volume environments.
Service-focused mindset, committed to ensuring guests and staff enjoy their time in the restaurant.
Solid work ethic with a "can-do" attitude, able to lead by example.
Physical ability to stand, sit, bend, kneel, and reach, with minimal accommodations required.
Capability to lift and carry up to 10 lbs.
