Job Description
One Health Home Health and Hospice Care is currently seeking to hire a professional Business Development / Account Executive to lead our marketing efforts. This is an opportunity to be part of an established, reputable, and quality-driven agency that treats its patients and employees like family. We are seeking someone with extensive experience in healthcare (hospice, home health, home care, skilled nursing, etc.) marketing.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the home health program.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including hospital case managers, discharge planners, doctors, nursing facilities, ALFs, and health insurance companies.
- Analyze market trends and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
- Prioritize projects with little supervision and meet tight deadlines.

Schedule :
Self-determined schedule, Monday to Friday, with on-call weekends.
Supplemental Pay Types :
Bonus pay, commission pay, and salary based on performance.
Benefits :Work Location :
On the road serving Contra Costa or Alameda County.
