Job Title: Clinic Nurse (RN/LPN)

Type: Full Time: 27 hrs/week

Wage: RN $38.48- $40.90/hr DOE LPN $24.43 - $25.13/hr DOE

Position Overview: The Clinic Nurse provides high-quality, patient centered, team-based care applying the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation. The nurse will assess patient and family needs, administer treatments, and educate patients on health management and wellness while maintaining all standards of nursing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Care: Provide direct patient care, including conducting assessments, administering treatments, and performing follow-up care to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive patient care plans.
• Education: Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care to promote health and wellness.
• Medication Administration: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and adherence to protocols.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting all care provided and any changes in patient condition.
• Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Cultural Competence: Provide culturally competent care to a diverse patient population, respecting and valuing their unique needs and backgrounds.

Qualifications:

• Nursing degree from an accredited nursing program 

• Current license in state of practice 

• BLS Certification upon hire 

• Valid driver’s license
