Position : Intake Coordinator

Location : Livingston, MT

Type : Full-Time : 40hrs / week

Salary : $20.78.48-$21.80 / hr DOE

Key Responsibilities :

Patient Registration : Conduct initial patient assessments and gather essential information.

Scheduling : Schedule appointments and coordinate care with our healthcare providers.

Insurance Verification : Verify insurance coverage and assist with billing inquiries.

Data Entry : Maintain accurate patient records in our electronic medical records (EMR) system.

Customer Service : Provide exceptional customer service by answering phones, addressing patient inquiries, and assisting with billing as needed.

Coordination : Facilitate coordination of care by working with various healthcare providers and departments.

What Were Looking For :

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Experience with EMR systems is a plus.

A compassionate and patient-focused attitude.

Requirements :

Driver's license

High School Diploma or GED
