RH Care Caregivers works with a variety of clients, such as the elderly, physically disabled, cognitively impaired, individuals recoverying from surgery and/or a major illness, and the chronically ill. The Caregivers' at RH Care provide many important roles in the lives of our clients, which may include: light housekeeping duties, errand services, shopping for groceries, meal prepartion, appointment accompaniment, and personal care.

Our company is seeking a qualified, innovative and driven individual to join our team as an Caregiver. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator who can take direction well and is capable of performing Caregiving duties in a professional and timely manner. An Caregiver at our organization will ensure the highest quality of lifestyle for our clients. Types of services that our Caregivers may provide: light housekeeping duties, errand services, shopping for groceries, meal preparation, appointment accompaniment, medication reminders, respite care, companionship, and personal care.
Responsibilities:
- Works with a variety of clients, such as the elderly, phusically disabled, cognitively impaired, individuals recovering from surgery, and chronically ill individuals.
- Assist with personal care, which may include bathroom functions, bathing, grooming, dressing, and eating.
- Follow a plan which may include assisting with excerise and reminding to take prescribed medication.
- Endusre the client's home is organized according to their needs and safety measures are in place.
- Perform simple housekeeping task: change bed linens, do laundry tidy rooms.
- Handle chores like groccery shopping and food prepations.
- Monitor and report changes in health, behavior, and needs.
- Report any suspected incident of abuse or neglect immediately to supervisor
Qualifications
- Treat and cae for clients and their property with dignity and respect
- Capable of reading, writing, texting and comprehend written, texed and oral instructions.
- Possess reliable transportation with adequate liability insurance and driver's license
- Complete a criminal background check including Nurse's Aide Registry
- Pass drug screen
- Must be willing to wear uniform (scrubs) daily.
- Must be willing/able to work every other weekend.
- Must be willing/able to communicate via text messaging.
- Must be willing to pick up last minute shifts on occasions.
License/Certifications:
- Driver's License (Required)
- Car Insurance (Required)
COVID -19 Considerations-RH Care follows the current CDC recommendations.
Working Conditions:
- Caregivers' daily routines may vary. Most Caregivers work in the homes of may different clients during the day/week/weekends. Homes' will vary in neatness and how clean the home may be.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $15.37 per hour
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
- Weekends only
