This firm are looking to bring in a highly experienced Audit Director who is looking to make partner in the next few years.
You will join a mid-tier firm and one of the leading firms in Boston.
Culture and communication are a top priority to this firm. You will have a great working environment of 37 hours and Fridays off and busy season hours that are Max 55.
You will work across a variety of industries while supporting the growth of the Audit team.
The Role
$200,000 base salary
Partner Track
Hybrid- 2 days in office
Greater Boston
Max. 50 hours during busy season
Job Responsibilities
- Meet with client prospects and prepare proposals under current client acceptance procedures
- Work closely with partners to facilitate efficient and effective firm-wide initiatives and operations, participate in the firm’s strategic planning
- Maintain day-to-day management of engagements
- Manage all budgets for time spent on engagements
