Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and converting all inbound leads into paying customers. Your primary goal will be to provide potential clients with an outstanding first impression of our company and convert them. This role is integral to rapidly converting a high volume of inbound leads, ensuring we meet our aggressive growth targets. This is an uncapped, commission-based role.

What You’ll Do:

Lead Management: Handle all inbound inquiries from potential customers via phone, SMS, email, and online chat.

Sales Conversion: Qualify leads, identify customer needs, and offer appropriate services to convert leads into sales.

Scope Understanding: Engage with customers to understand the full scope of their home maintenance or repair needs, ensuring accurate and thorough job requests.

Customer Interaction: Provide detailed information about our services, pricing, and value propositions to prospective clients.

CRM Management: Accurately input, update, and manage all lead information in the CRM system, ensuring follow-ups are scheduled and executed.

Sales Goals: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Customer Feedback: Gather and report on customer feedback to help improve our service offerings and sales process.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to service delivery.

Follow-Up: Conduct timely follow-ups with potential customers who have shown interest but have not yet converted.

What You’ll Bring:

Sales Expertise: Minimum of 3 years in a high-volume sales environment, ideally in home maintenance (e.g., plumbing, electrical, HVAC), with a proven track record of quickly converting leads into sales.

High-Volume Lead Management: Demonstrated success in managing and converting large volumes of leads efficiently while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Enthusiasm: Demonstrated ability and enthusiasm for making a high volume of outbound calls daily to convert leads into sales.

Results-Oriented: A laser focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a competitive and driven mindset.

Tech-Savviness: Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools to streamline workflows and track performance.

Strong Communicator: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to clearly and persuasively convey value propositions, handle objections, and close sales.

Customer Conversion Focus: A customer-centric but transactional approach that prioritizes efficient sales over long-term relationship-building.

Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment where agility and quick decision-making are key.

Collaborative Spirit: Ability to work seamlessly with marketing and operations teams to maximize lead conversion and service delivery.
