Foster Care Prevention and Intervention
As an Intact Case Worker, you will play a critical role in preventing foster care placement by providing intensive in-home services to families in need. You will work closely with families to identify strengths and challenges, develop service plans, and connect them with community resources to achieve stability and self-sufficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide home-based services to families, including case management and counseling
- Develop and implement service plans that address the unique needs of each family
- Collaborate with community resources, including medical services and counseling
- Participate in court proceedings on behalf of the child and family, providing testimony and compiling case records
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field required
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in the field preferred
- CWEL - Child Welfare Licensure required
