Responsibilities:
Post invoices and customer agreements.
- Job costing and data entry.
- Accounts Receivable tasks, such as reporting and bad debt recovery.
- Payment processing.
- Help maintain filing, scanning, and document retention.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience with accounting required.
- Experience using Excel required.
- Strong customer service and communication skills required.
- Experience using ServiceTitan CRM a plus!
- Some experience with collections greatly preferred.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
