One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning, an affiliate of Authority Brands Inc., is the premier heating and cooling specialist in the Cincinnati area. We are seeking a Warehouse Assistant / Delivery Driver who will assist in maintaining warehouse cleanliness and delivering materials from the warehouse and / or vendors to jobs sites.
Responsibilities :
Assist the Purchasing and Warehouse Coordinator by ensuring that the company achieves the budgeted gross margin by purchasing equipment and parts at the lowest possible prices or using equipment from warehouse inventory.
Monitor all purchases to ensure that purchase orders are issued and designated to the proper department.
Maintain status of all purchase orders.
Provide efficient deliveries of parts and equipment to Technicians to avoid Technicians going to a supply house.
Replenish truck stock and plan parts replenishment around work schedules.
Accurately count all serialized equipment monthly and report results to the Purchasing and Warehouse Coordinator.
Efficiently process all warranty parts and warranty labor credits.
Organize all equipment and parts stored in the warehouse, always keeping it neat and clean.
Obey the Code of Ethics, Team Rules, and Team Philosophy.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or GED required.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be a self-motivated, results-driven self-starter.
Must be detail oriented and well organized.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen required.
