The Sales Lead Coordinator is responsible for generating and managing sales leads for outside sales staff, addressing inquires related to sales estimates and to follow up on open proposals to convert proposals into sold work; monitor and assist with the dispatching for scheduled service and maintenance calls.

The Sales Lead Coordinator is responsible for generating and managing sales leads for outside sales staff, addressing inquires related to sales estimates and to follow up on open proposals to convert proposals into sold work; monitor and assist with the dispatching for scheduled service and maintenance calls.
JOB DUTIES
- Responsible for helping customers with retail solutions for their homes by moving customers to action and converting call into scheduled sales leads.
- Proactively drives marketing efforts to ensure Comfort Advisors receive two leads per day.
- Follow up with customers after proposals have been presented to answer questions and convert proposals into sold work.
- Performs follow up Memorable Calls to clients for whom the company has recently preformed service or maintenance to generate additional sales opportunities.
- Assure quality of sales related invoicing, financing, installation documentation is exact and updated if necessary.
- Built and maintain strong interdepartmental relationships.
- Provides the daily report of sales and lead information to the Accounting Manager.
- Makes outbound calls to club membership clients to ensure that they are satisfied with any repairs.
- 1-2 years sales experience is required
- Prior telesales or first call close experience preferred
- 1-3 years of previous customer service experience
- Above-average verbal and telephone communication skills are essential
- Well organized with an aptitude for problem solving
