Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong rapport and trust with clients through effective communication and relationship-building.
• Provide accurate and comprehensive quotes for system replacements tailored to client needs and preferences.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop optimized HVAC solutions that prioritize client comfort and energy efficiency.
• Deliver persuasive presentations of proposed system replacements, highlighting value propositions and addressing client inquiries.
• Ensure ongoing client satisfaction through proactive follow-up and support post-consultation.

Job requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience with a demonstrated 70% close rate
• Strong focus on sales and customer service excellence
• Proficiency in residential service and repair
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
