Compensation : $20 to $28 hour Overtime 2% Commission on Install Jobs

We are looking for a highly motivated and aggressive Sales & Marketing Specialist to drive customer engagement, manage marketing campaigns, and close deals in our HVAC business. No prior HVAC experience is required"just a strong personality, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn and take initiative.
