Northern One Hour Heating, Ben Franklin Plumbing & Mister Sparky Electric is a locally owned and operated franchise serving the metro area since 1990, and due to continued growth and expansion, we are looking to hire an
in-home HVAC Comfort Advisor. One Hour specializes in residential HVAC service, maintenance and installation throughout the Twin Cities, and we have an exciting opportunity for the right person to help us grow our HVAC Sales & Installation Division.

This position is a straight commission position and demands a strong drive to succeed, excellent attention to detail, along with strong customer service and sales skills. Northern One Hour provides 90% of the leads and a competitive compensation plan that includes high annual early earning potential, a monthly bonus program, as well as a company vehicle, cell phone, iPad and other benefits.
