Responsibilities

• Perform thorough repairs and maintenance on HVAC systems, ensuring optimal functionality and longevity.
• Conduct diagnostics and troubleshooting to identify issues and recommend appropriate solutions to clients.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and uphold customer satisfaction by communicating effectively and building rapport.
• Collaborate with colleagues to streamline processes and enhance service delivery, prioritizing client comfort and energy efficiency.
• Proactively follow up with clients post-service to address any concerns and ensure ongoing satisfaction with HVAC systems.

Job requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of HVAC experience
• Must have EPA Certification
• Must be willing to participate in On Call Rotation
• Proficiency in residential service and repair
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
