Responsibilities
What You'll Be Doing
- Communicate with suppliers on AP-related queries for your designated workload.
- Month-end Close process
- Work closely with Procurement, PO owners, and Approvers in the business areas to ensure discrepancies are resolved on a timely basis.
- Process PO and Non-PO invoices into ERP (Oracle R12).
- Work in payables mailboxes (Outlook)
- Ad hoc duties as directed by the Accounts Payable Manager
Skills Needed For the Role
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
- Knowledge and experience with high-volume invoice processing.
- Experience with full-cycle AP.
- Process to focus on 'best in class' practices for all areas of AP.
- Flexible, adaptable to change, a real team player.
- Enthusiastic, forward-thinking, self-motivated individual.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure & tight deadlines with minimum supervision
- Spoken and written English
- Oracle experience a plus
