ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Operational execution of all orders at the Kitchen from all brands including prep, cooking and packaging.
- Greet customers, serve food and beverages with a consistently positive and helpful attitude, including answering questions about the menu.
- Maintain a great relationship with delivery drivers.
- Adhere to all new and regular health and safety guidelines passed down both by One Kitchen including local, provincial, and federal government mandates
- Health and safety standards and; guidelines
- 100% compliance with all systems and procedures
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Clear communication with management in regards to day-to-day operations, bringing forth in a clear and professional manner any comments, suggestions, questions or concerns that may affect operations or staff morale.
- To execute job mandates with excellence to allow senior management to focus on macro-operations.
ABOUT YOU
- Minimum of 1-year restaurant/retail/hospitality experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong ability to execute and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about innovation in the food industry including in technology
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask when required
- Able to work in a standing position for extended periods of time
- Availability to work days, evenings, and weekends as business requires
- Works well in a team environment and also can operate independently
- Leads with the customer in mind - when preparing or packaging orders or with the delivery partners.
- Is detailed oriented
- Sets and understands service priorities and hierarchy of prep tasks
- Has experience in either food prep or retail service
Schedule Expectations
Our kitchens are open early and stay open late so shifts are flexible but will include weekends, and holidays.
Reports to: Manager on Duty
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.50 per hour
