One Knoxville SC is a USL League One professional soccer club dedicated to delivering an exciting and memorable matchday experience for our fans. For our 2025 season at Covenant Health Park, we are looking for friendly and detail-oriented individuals to join our match day team as Group Area Attendants/Ushers .
Job Summary
As a Group Area Attendant/Usher, you will be responsible for overseeing and monitoring all group and hospitality spaces within the stadium. You will ensure that guests are in the correct areas by verifying tickets and wristbands while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests as they enter designated group and hospitality areas.
- Verify tickets and wristbands to ensure guests are in the correct sections.
- Monitor group spaces to maintain a secure and enjoyable environment.
- Provide directions and answer questions about seating, amenities, and stadium policies.
- Work collaboratively with security and guest services staff to address any access issues.
- Politely enforce stadium policies regarding group and hospitality area access.
- Report any incidents, unauthorized access, or concerns to the appropriate personnel.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Attention to detail when verifying tickets and wristbands.
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or event operations is a plus.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends based on the match schedule.
