Loan Officers are responsible for developing new business, structuring, underwriting, pricing and documentation of loans, as well as maintaining and servicing an existing portfolio. Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- NMLS licensed
- Minimum one year of mortgage, sales, real estate, or banking experience
- Ability to travelPreferred Skills/Experience

- Ability to analyze financial information
- Excellent verbal and written communication skillsThis role is a good fit for someone with strong business acumen and the ability to translate and present quantitative information in a professional format. Previous sales experience and an understanding of performance-based marketing metrics is preferred, as is previous mortgage origination experience.Responsibilities
- Calling referrals and educating borrowers on loan process and product/service alternatives
- Communicating loan status regularly with customers, responding promptly to inquiries and concerns via email and phone
- Provide every client the best service in the industry
- Informing borrowers on future loan documentation requests, including borrowers' income and asset information
- Processing borrower credit information through online approval system, structuring loans and compiling loan package
- Analyzing and managing numbers to increase and ensure efficiencies and meet company goals
