EHS professionals, this is your opportunity to represent the client on a large construction project. This position will monitor construction projects for the client, with direct accountability for project safety on a data center project.

General Description
The primary function is to ensure the implementation and conformance of the client's EHS requirements as appropriate. This role requires a broad range of activities that includes but not limited to : interfacing, coaching, advising, technical support, etc.. Specific responsibilities are described below.
Monitor and advise on client EHS requirements and applicable EHS references of the Scope of Work(SOW), regulatory requirements are implemented and followed onsiteWork with and advise the contractor in identification and implementation of corrective actions for identified deficiencies or issues.Interface and support the construction management team at site by delivering current, accurate and timely data on Contractor EHS performance, including : Leading and Lagging Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s), trends, incident management, environmental monitoring, EHS metrics and other key information that enable DC construction management to make informed timely decisions.Participate / attend essential meetings not limited to GC all hands, Stand downs, Orientations,Safety Committee, EHS Leads,Activity Briefing, Coordination Meeting etc..Ensure adequate site safety walks are conducted as needed with the Contractor management representative and the Owner’s PM / team.Evaluate the completeness and effectiveness of the Contractor’s hazard assessments (RAMS, JHAs, ARTs, PTPs, etc.).Support other construction projects / activities according to the program EHS requirements.Attend and facilitate client specific training, campaign and initiatives as requested.Conduct topic specific focused field audit, document verification and personal interviews as needed.May need to travel to multiple project locations (Country, State, City etc..) as needed to execute their assigned roleTake part of the incident investigation team , Conducting Investigation and immediately reporting all incidents, Near Miss and occupational illness, recommending means of preventing recurrence.Review of EHS Related documents such as CEHSP, Emergency Management plan, RAMS, Safety Procedures etc.Performs a primary function of managing the overall implementation of the client requirements and local AHJ requirements on the project, checks and ensures compliance of GCParticipate in a daily site tour with the GC safety repAct as a coach and advisor to the safety committeeEnsure key performance indicators, leading and lagging indicators and EHS data submitted by the GC is accurate, timely, and complete.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from 4-year college or university in an environmental, health and / or safety program or equivalent. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.Professional Certifications are preferred (CHST, CSP, etc.)Minimum of 5 years of related experience. 10 years preferred.Must have experience managing contractors, electrical safety (NFPA 70e), and prefer data center experience.Demonstrated knowledge of OSHA, federal and state health and safety, and environmental regulations is essential.The successful candidate must be partnership driven and have strong interpersonal and communication skills.Conscientious and thoughtful communication skills that can frame sensitive topics with diplomacy and tact and the ability to effectively and diplomatically respond to sensitive issues, complex inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, supervisors, and / or management.A strong communicator which includes the development of targeted critical messaging that is easily understood by a range of professional backgrounds and includes writing professional reports, business processes and briefing notes,Engaging and effective presentation skills on general HSE topics and ability to deliver messages to large and small audiences in creative and accessible formats to a range of professional backgroundsLeadership skills that motivate team and impact job site safety as well as positive morale.Why One-Line Co.?
