This role is based in Berkeley, CA at our Shattuck office. You'll be part of a full-time team managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs, treating patients in-office or testing centers and conducting tele-health visits.
- Completed an accredited NP or PA program with national certification
- Licensed in California, obtained by your start date
- In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least:
- 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting, OR 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting, coupled with either a 1 year primary care fellowship or 1 year in an urgent care setting
Experience in LARC (IUD Nexplanon) insertion and colposcopy procedures is a plus. Our ideal candidate has a passion for human-centered primary care, effective communication skills and the ability to navigate uncertain situations with confidence.
The base salary range for this role is $150,000 to $160,000 per year based on a full-time schedule. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
