Responsibilities
In this role, you'll provide comprehensive primary care to patients in an outpatient setting, working closely with our care team to leverage our proprietary Electronic Health Record and drive behavior change in our geriatric patient population. You'll also partner with our Medical Directors to play a critical role in both care delivery and ongoing practice innovation. You'll have weekly protected time during the workday to gather with fellow One Medical Senior providers for team building and shared discussion of challenging cases.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need at least 2 years of primary care experience and Board Certification in Internal or Family Medicine. You should be able to thrive in a fast-growing, mission-driven organization focused on using data to improve patient outcomes.
