Job Overview
This is a 24 hours patient care per week position (.75 FTE) based in San Rafael or Mill Valley, CA.
We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Practitioner in Pediatrics to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for human-centered primary care and the ability to successfully communicate with and provide care to individuals of all backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a Pediatric patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conduct a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
- Treat patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conduct occasional tele-health visits
- Participate in continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
- Collaborate with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
- Utilize your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
Requirements
- Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification
- Prior experience practicing as an Advanced Practitioner in Pediatrics for at least 5 years
- State licensed in CA, obtained by your One Medical start date
- CPNP-PC preferred
