Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Clinician to join our team in Hyannis, MA. As a Per Diem Health Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare organization.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Seeing patients with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits (not a panel-building role)
- Treating patients in-office as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
- Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of primary care experience required
- Currently licensed or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Massachusetts
- The ability to build successful relationships with team members and communicate effectively both 1-on-1 and in groups
