This is an hourly role in Hyannis, MA. We are seeking a Per Diem Primary Care NP/PA Senior Health professional to join our team. In this role, you will see patients with a broad array of patient needs; conduct a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits; treat patients in-office as well as conduct occasional tele-health visits; collaborate with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams; and utilize your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures.

- At least 2 years of primary care experience required.
- Currently licensed or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Massachusetts.
- The ability to build successful relationships with team members and communicate effectively both 1-on-1 and in groups.
- Can thrive in a fast-growing, mission-driven organization focused on using data to improve patient outcomes.
- Board Certification.
